WHAT IS INNER POWER COACHING?

I blend traditional counseling techniques with energy work, intuition, and the use of energetic " antenna."   The energy work and facilitates release to align, balance, and strengthen your aura (energy field).  Imbalances in your chakras are addressed and flow is restored.  We practice affirmations, closely monitoring the ego's creation of narratives and stories.  We work to re-pattern your bad habits of thinking in a fun, fascinating process that leads to laughter and acceptance of ourselves.    

I act as a coach and facilitator - helping you to promote grounding in your own Truth and your own Being.  Most of all, we work to promote your own authenticity.  In this process, we work collaboratively to refine your Questions so that you will receive the answers for which you are looking.   

HOW DOES AN INNER POWER PHONE CONSULTATION WORK?

A day or two prior to our consultation, sometimes even prior to your free consultation, I create a sacred space for you in front of my altar and I prepare for our session.  Wearing my own power kit with stones & herbs, I burn sage, sweetgrass, and incense to clear any discordant energy.  I will then proceed to enter a light trance state and using empathic abilities, I receive specific information and Guidance.  Although I don't like the term, it is akin to psychic information regarding your physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual state. Additionally, during our phone conversation, additional information may be received in the moment from your moment to moment questions and changing energy.   All of this is used in the goal of strengthening your own inner power.

WHAT DOES MICHAEL'S PHYSICAL HEALING WORK INVOLVE?

I listen carefully and ask to see, hear, feel the "rightness" of the current state of your physical health and the condition of your energetic ("chakra") system..  

In the first phase of our work, I scan and assess your body and energetic system for imbalances.   In the second phase, we work to CORRECT imbalances or habitual energetic patterns.  Techniques primarily consist of using the power of the Mind to transfer Divine Energy to the client.   It is done through prayer and intention.  An in-person session will usually include polarity therapy, acupressure, and the ancient healing technique of reflexology.  

It may also be common to experience a slight worsening of symptoms before they improve.  

WHAT IS POLARITY THERAPY?

Polarity Therapy is a hands-on, energy-based bodywork and health care system that fosters deep relaxation, increased vitality, structural alignment, and emotional balance.  It works with the Human Energy Field and system of "Meridians," similar to acupuncture. 

Polarity Therapy was developed by Dr. Randolph Stone (1890-1981), Doctor of Osteopathy, Chiropractic, and Naturopathy  It draws from osteopathy, cranial-sacral, ayurvedic, and Chinese medicine.  In the Polarity model, health is experienced when energy flows smoothly without significant blockage or fixation. When energy is unbalanced or blocked due to stress or other factors, pain and disease arise.  

Sessions usually take 75 minutes, do not require disrobing, and involve both touch and verbal interaction. In the session, I support you in increasing self-awareness of subtle energetic sensations, which are often experienced as tingling, warmth, expansion or wavelike movement. Some treatments include stretches and positional holds to relieve tension and pain and increase circulation and energy flow.  Wearing loose fitting clothing is recommended.
